You need basically 4 things:
- Define An Acquisition Criteria ( Location, Asking Price, Industries)
- Experience in managing a business (if you don't have it just hire a CEO with 10+ years of industry experience)
- Enough cash for a significant down payment (minimum of 10% of the purchase price) + lenders. If you don't have it, start having at least 2 investors lined up.
- A solid Lead Generation Campaign to target motivated business sellers.
No money down deals do not exist, start using others people money, the alternative finance market and having an M&A expert on board.
